General Terms & Conditions

Mostplayer (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Mostplayer and its users ("Members").

These Terms are also available in English. However, the version applicable to Members in Bangladesh is the English version. In the event of any discrepancy between the two languages, the English version shall prevail.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the services on Mostplayer:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Using an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

After registration, Mostplayer may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence are accepted as valid documents. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Mostplayer supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. Transactions are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Maximum Deposit: BDT 200,000 (two hundred thousand) per day.

If any transaction appears suspicious or fraudulent, Mostplayer reserves the right to place it on hold pending investigation. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy is mandatory for Mostplayer.

Betting Rules

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules before placing bets on Mostplayer. Following the correct rules will improve your experience and help avoid any disputes.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless Mostplayer voids it of its own accord.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded to the Member's account.
• Mostplayer reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or technically erroneous odds.
• Mostplayer is not liable for bets not being accepted in live betting due to network delays.
• Any bet placed after the outcome of an event has been determined will be automatically voided.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits vary and apply separately for each specific market.

Mostplayer's odds engine updates in real time, meaning odds on the same event can change within seconds. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.

Cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and e-sports may each have their own specific rules. Please refer to the relevant section of the platform for sport-specific rules.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mostplayer regularly offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing Members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which Members are required to follow.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts generally require wagering between 10x and 30x, depending on the specific offer.
• Bonuses have a limited claim window. Any bonus not used before it expires will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bonus funds may be restricted from use on certain games or markets.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

Mostplayer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Members will be notified on the platform if any bonus terms are changed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostplayer. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Operating an account through fraud, forgery, or manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegally obtained funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• System abuse through hacking, malware, or other technical means.
• Operating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to access another Member's account or stealing their information.
• Abusive behavior or threats directed at Mostplayer staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be suspended immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

Mostplayer reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months).
• Court order or legal requirement.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of the request will be returned after the process is completed, unless there are outstanding bonus-related obligations.

Responsible Gaming

Mostplayer believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a dependency. We encourage all Members to bet responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on our platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given period.
• Session Limits: Set a daily limit on how many hours you spend on the platform.
